T4NG is a Multi-agency (MAC) indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order (MATO) contract with a base ordering period of five years and one five-year option period and a ceiling of $22.3 billion. The T4NG program was developed to give VA the ability to acquire services for information technology (IT) programs that will help ensure timely delivery of health care and benefits to our Veterans.

Halfaker and Associates, LLC, (Halfaker) is a prime T4NG contractor and has constructed a trusted team of both small and large government service providers who are dedicated to creating innovative IT solutions to help improve the Veteran experience. Halfaker provides a wide array of IT services, including program management and strategy planning, systems and software engineering, enterprise networks, cyber security, operation and maintenance, and IT facilities support.
