Veteran Signals Achieves Second FedHealthIT Innovation Award
Halfaker and Associates, LLC, a technology solutions provider that supports the Federal Government’s health, intelligence, defense, and security sectors, is proud to announce the Department of Veteran Affairs’ (VA) Veteran Signals (VSignals) program is a 2019 FedHealthIT Innovation Award winner for the second year in a row!
VSignals is the continuation of the VA’s award-winning VOICE Veteran experience program. A pioneering enterprise-level Customer Experience (CX) solution, VSignals collects Veteran feedback on a comprehensive list of VA programs and services with the goal of enhancing and improving the Veteran experience.
With VSignals, VA has collected feedback from over 16 million Veterans on topics ranging from Disability Compensation to Outpatient treatment services. VSignals aggregates and analyzes survey responses to identify Veterans at risk for suicide or homelessness using the innovative Crisis Alert system, notifying caseworkers in real-time for immediate intervention and support.
Due to the program’s success, VA was elevated to Lead Agency Partner for the President’s Management Agenda Cross Agency Priority (CAP) Goal of Improving Customer Experience with Federal Services.
