Halfaker and Associates, LLC, in Partnership with Medallia, Awarded $244M VA Veteran Signals (VSignals) Project

ARLINGTON, VA and SAN MATEO, CA, July 09 2019 – Halfaker and Associates, LLC, a technology solutions provider within the Federal Government’s health, intelligence, defense and security sectors in collaboration with Medallia, Inc. (www.medallia.com), the leader in global Experience Management, and Deloitte (www.deloitte.com), a leader in customer experience (CX) strategy, was awarded the Veteran Signals (VSignals) Contract under the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation (T4NG) contract vehicle.

Valued at $244 million, the contract is a five-year expansion of the award-winning Veteran Oriented Interactive Customer Evaluation (VOICE) program, where Halfaker and Medallia support VA in transforming the Department’s relationship with Veterans by implementing a centralized enterprise-level survey platform to holistically measure actionable Veteran insights and improve Veteran experience.

“Working with the VA and Halfaker to better serve our Veterans is truly a privilege,” said Brian Michael, Founder and General Manager of Medallia Public Sector. “Our brave Veterans deserve the highest-quality care and we will continue to work with the VA to ensure that’s what they receive after they served our country.”

Since the program’s launch, Halfaker’s Medallia-driven Experience Management (EM) solution has provided flexibility and value in enabling VA to capture, aggregate, analyze, and display Veteran feedback through multiple channels. The program will continue to evolve under VSignals to integrate new lines of business into the EM platform to further build out VA’s surveys and dashboard capabilities across the enterprise. Using leading-edge Scaled Agile best practices, Halfaker will provide added development capacity that will support VA’s Veteran Experience Office (VEO) in leading the organization to more effectively leverage customer experience data to improve services to Veterans.

“As VA continues to transform its relationship with Veterans in the ever-increasing complexity of the digital age, we are proud to build on the success of VOICE and support OI&T and VEO in leading the CX revolution across the VA enterprise,” said Halfaker President and CEO Dawn Halfaker. “We’re looking forward to scaling our Agile delivery across additional business lines,” VSignals Program Manager Matt Haught added. “This will allow us to realize more efficiencies in the delivery cycle while continuously deploying more capability to more consumers.”
