Jody Naleppa, Vice President for Contracts and Procurement

Jody Naleppa serves as Halfaker’s Vice President for Contracts and Procurement and is a seasoned executive bringing over 25 years of experience in contracts, procurement, compliance and pricing. She has a proven track record leading daily contract administration operations as well as leading strategic pricing, maintaining an effective risk review process, and providing corporate wide policy, direction, training and oversight of contracts, supply chain and compliance matters. At Halfaker, Jody provides leadership on all contractual and legal matters and is responsible for directing, administering, and coordinating company activities related to contract administration and negotiation, purchasing and pricing. She serves as a principal interface with key government regulators regarding all contractual and procurement/vendor matters. Jody is focused on the effective and efficient creation, modification, and management of contract agreements and vendor management to support the full breadth of Halfaker’s technology solutions.

Most recently Jody served as the Director of Global Market Operations Performance Management at North Highland where she was responsible for developing and managing business systems and services including  financial analysis, scheduling/resource management, contracts, quality and risk, and strategic/account planning. Prior to her tenure at North Highland, Jody was the Chief Administrative Officer for Energy Enterprise Solutions, LLC, and was the Business and Contracts Manager for several large contracts including a Department of Energy $1 billion IDIQ information technology services contract.

Jody graduated with honors from George Mason University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.
