Amanda Axsom serves as Halfaker’s Vice President of Business Development and is responsible for strategic capture and process standardization across the company’s growth operations.
She is an experienced financial manager with program and quality management experience, and is an expert in team design and process improvement. Amanda has a track record of conceiving, building, and implementing processes and tools for solution-focused operational efficiency and enterprise-wide scalability across corporate business functions and departments.
Before joining Halfaker, Amanda worked as a Director at Phase One Consulting Group, where she built and led the company’s Federal Health Portfolio and oversaw strategy, capture, and business development across the Healthcare sector.
Amanda holds a Master’s degree in Government Administration with a concentration in Public Finance from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a B.A. in French from Franklin and Marshall College, where she graduated summa cum laude with Phi Beta Kappa designation.
