Diana Leadbetter serves as Halfaker’s Executive Vice President, Human Resources (HR) and brings experience in HR consulting, business operations, and talent development with a proven ability to align HR and talent strategy with business objectives. At Halfaker, Diana leverages her experience to help drive long-term strategic decisions and enable the growth of business through people and organizational development. Diana’s team is responsible for leading the people processes, including strategic business partnering, talent management, compensation and benefits, performance effectiveness and organizational culture and design.
Diana’s recent experience includes Director of Talent Development for General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) where she served as a strategic HR leader for the organization’s $10B, 30,000 employee organization. In that role, Diana was responsible for creating the performance and development strategy alignment to the business goals and objectives. Throughout her time at GDIT, Diana also served as a Human Resources and Operations Manager responsible for partnering with leadership and employees to provide consultative HR support and solutions. Prior to GDIT, Diana worked at both PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and Ernst & Young (EY) where she provided resource management and HR support to local and global market teams.
Diana holds a Master’s degree in HR Management from Marymount University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from George Mason University.
