Amanda Axsom serves as Halfaker’s Chief Development Officer and is responsible for strategic capture, solution, and IP development across the company to support and enable corporate growth.
She is an experienced financial manager with program and quality management experience and is an expert in team design and process improvement. Amanda has a track record of conceiving, building, and implementing processes and tools for solution-focused operational efficiency and enterprise-wide scalability across corporate business functions and departments.
Before joining Halfaker, Amanda worked as a Director at Phase One Consulting Group, where she built and led the company’s Federal Health Portfolio and oversaw strategy, capture, and business development across the Healthcare sector.
Amanda holds a Master’s degree in Government Administration with a concentration in Public Finance from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a B.A. in French from Franklin and Marshall College, where she graduated summa cum laude with Phi Beta Kappa designation. In 2020, Amanda received the FedHealthIT Leading for Impact: Women in Leadership Award in recognition of her contributions to driving business transformation and advancing Federal health agency mission goals.
