Halfaker Awarded Strategic Partners Acquisition Readiness Contract

Arlington, VA., April 17, 2017 – Halfaker and Associates, LLC (Halfaker), a technology solutions provider within the Federal Government, health, intelligence, defense and security sectors, announced today that the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) awarded the company the Strategic Partners Acquisition Readiness Contract (SPARC).

The indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ), multiple award contract has a ceiling value of $25 billion with a 5 year base period and 5 year option period. CMS will use SPARC to acquire information technology (IT) services, including planning, business requirements, design, development, testing, and cyber security. In addition to CMS, all operational divisions of HHS will be able to award task orders for IT work through the SPARC vehicle.
