Halfaker Awarded GSA 8(a) STARS II
Arlington, VA., July 19, 2017 – Halfaker and Associates, LLC (Halfaker), a technology solutions provider within the Federal Government’s health, intelligence, defense and security sectors, was awarded the General Services Administration’s (GSA) 8(a) STARS II Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC).
8(a) STARS II is designed to provide agencies with flexible access to cutting edge IT solutions from a large, diverse pool of 8(a) industry partners. The contract is comprised of four functional services areas including custom computer programming, computer systems design, computer facilities management, and other computer-related services. Halfaker is a prime contractor on 8(a) STARS II in both Constellation I and Constellation II reflecting the company’s competitive pricing and technical proficiency as well as the industry credentials, CMMI ML3 and ISO 9001. 8(a) STARS II has a $10 Billion program ceiling and a five-year base period with one five-year option.
