CMS SPARC
SPARC is a ten-year, multiple award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle that supports the acquisition of information technology (IT) services across all components of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). Additionally, SPARC is also available to all operational divisions of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
Halfaker and Associates, LLC, (Halfaker) is a prime SPARC contractor and has constructed a trusted team of both small and large government service providers who are dedicated to creating innovative Health IT solutions and improving health across the nation. Halfaker provides services that span the entire spectrum of the SPARC vehicle, including strategic, technical, and program management services to facilitate modernization of business processes and supporting systems.

Services available through SPARC:
- The purpose of this contract is to establish a multiple award indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Strategic Partners Acquisition Readiness Contract (SPARC) program
- This contract will provide strategic, technical, and program management advice, guidance and support services to CMS to facilitate the modernization of business processes and supporting systems and their operations
- These systems will include the Federal Healthcare Exchange and Medicare/Medicaid information technology systems
- Other Department of Health and Human Services Operating Divisions (HHS OPDIVs) may place orders under this contract as well
