Halfaker Named One of the Washington Post’s 2017 Top Workplaces
Arlington, VA., June 16, 2017 – Halfaker and Associates, LLC (Halfaker), a high- growth technology solutions provider within the Federal Government’s, health, intelligence, defense and security sectors was recognized as a leader in the business community by the Washington Post as a 2017 Top Workplace. The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. The awardees are determined based off employees who evaluate their companies on a number of factors including quality of leadership, pay and benefit practices, and work-life balance.
This marks the second consecutive year that Halfaker’s outstanding company culture and employee engagement were recognized by the Washington Post. This year more than 3,000 companies were invited to participate and 303 were surveyed with more than 52,000 employees participating in the survey questionnaires. Halfaker ranked in the Top 3 Mid-size companies for its unique company culture centering on core values embodied in the Company’s vision statement “Continuing to Serve”.
