Jessica Johnson serves as Halfaker’s Director of Human Resources and is responsible for delivering world-class human resource capabilities and leading talent management efforts for the firm by directing all functions of Human Resources. Working alongside the executive leadership team she strives to create competitive advantages, enable growth and deliver maximum business results through the retention and recruitment of quality employees. With over a decade of experience, Jessica brings a dynamic and diverse spectrum of knowledge to the many disciplines that encompass Human Resources.

Keith Kruse serves as Halfaker’s Chief Operating Officer and is an experienced and accomplished executive, bringing over fourteen years of operational and program management experience within the national and homeland security industry to the company.  Keith served most recently as Chief Operating Officer for CRA, Inc. where he directed the day-to-day operational activities of the company’s corporate, regional offices and individual business units.  Prior to joining CRA, Keith completed an eleven-year tenure at DFI International and Detica Federal, Inc.

Dawn Halfaker is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Halfaker and Associates, an award winning professional services and technology solutions firm founded in 2006. Headquartered in Arlington, Virginia, Halfaker and Associates operates worldwide providing leading-edge, innovative solutions in information technology, operational security, program management and logistics solutions for government organizations on issues of national and global significance.
