Description: 

We are seeking a SharePoint Developer to join our talented, dynamic team providing support services to the VA Client by establishing a PMO Portal as the primary collection and dissemination point for all collected, stored, and managed information for the Program. Specifically, the SharePoint Developer will be responsible for leading and supporting SharePoint related analysis, design, development and implementation needs. 

Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Business, Computer Science or related subject area
  • 2+ years of SharePoint experience (2007 and 2010)
  • Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a VA MBI Clearance
  • In-depth experience customizing web parts leveraging programming languages, e.g. XML, Java, JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery, XSLT, JSON.
  • In-depth experience utilizing SharePoint Designer 2010 for workflows, CSS and custom Design (Including building custom .NET master pages and layouts)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with SharePoint Administrators and Content Managers to design, develop, customize SharePoint solutions involving document management and repositories, overall site usability and aesthetics, content roll-up and reporting, and custom workflows
  • SQL/Database integration experience with SharePoint to display KPIs and dashboard information
  • Ability to identify processes to improve and make more efficient through the judicious use of SharePoint and other technologies
  • Knowledge and experience with SharePoint best practices
  • Ability to effectively communicate with a range of users (non-technical and technical) to understand business needs, document and propose solutions to meet and align to program goals
  • Experience working with pre-existing guidelines, standard operating procedures in a fast-paced professional environment
  • Generate permission level reports and assist in the management and restructuring of permission groups.
  • Working knowledge of InfoPath (creating and publishing forms), Visio (develop process maps), MS Project (managing projects)
  • Working knowledge of Flash or other interactive animation program
  • Knowledge of W3C and 508 Coding Standards preferred
  • Develop and distribute instructional guidance for repeatable tasks (e.g, instructional quick reference guides and blog entries)

We are seeking an Action Control Analyst to join our talented, dynamic team. The Action Control Analyst will support the Client alleviating the additional workload by processing information waiting to be scanned and entered into the Action Tracking System (ATS) System and to continue the ongoing operations of the action assignment office. Specifically, the Action Control Analyst will support the office by providing suspense management, distribution of official information, correspondence, and tracking of correspondence, return packages, extension requests, and managing reconciliation meetings with Executive Officers/ Action Officers throughout the organization.  

Requirements: 
  • Bachelors (preferred – may be waived for equivalent experience)

We are seeking a Facility Preventative Maintenance Technician to join our talented, dynamic team providing support services to the JIEDDO COIC and the JIEDDO ISS team. The Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization – Counter IED Operations Intelligence Center (JIEDDO-COIC) Facility Preventive Maintenance Technician will support the Infrastructure Support Services (ISS) Team at JIEDDO’s TS/SCI facility in Western Fairfax County. The ISS Team delivers 24-7-365 facilities operations and maintenance, physical security, and management support to the JIEDDO-COIC facility tenants who have the mission to attack enemy networks employing IEDs. The ISS team ensures that the facility is operational and in good mechanical working order so that the JIEDDO tenants can work in a productive and safe environment. 

Requirements: 
  • High School Diploma/GED required and Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
  • 2+ years of combined experience in construction, facility maintenance, minor plumbing, HVAC and electrical repair
  • TS/SCI Security Clearance required
  • Ability to learn quickly and work autonomously
  • Ability and willingness to provide on call support in case of emergencies or other off-hour issues at the facility
  • Experience reading schematics, drawings and project schedules
  • Knowledge of all basic MS Office products and CMMS software
  • Ability to take initiative and set priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
