Personnel Security Specialist
Halfaker and Associates, LLC is seeking a Personnel Security Specialist to support the Defense Intelligence Agency’s (DIA) Personnel Security Division (DAC-3).

Description
The position requires technical and executive support within certain functional areas, including but not limited to: the Personnel Security Records Management and Administrative Support Function, Special Security Support Function, Investigative Administrative Function, and Polygraph Support Function. The DAC-3 requires assistance to properly maintain existing administrative and investigative records, complying with mandatory record retention requirements, ensuring database maintenance, and providing administrative support to the personnel security adjudicative and clearance/access process.
Requirements
- TS/SCI Clearance
- Knowledge and experience of general administrative and federal government (DSS and OPM) personnel security procedures and practices
- Skill in the use of various types of office automation to include Microsoft Suite (Power Point, Word, Excel and Access)
- Experience working multiple projects concurrently within deadlines while ensuring that complex information is conveyed in a clear, accurate, and concise manner under normal and in crisis situation
- Administrative experience, Customer service experience, and telephone etiquette experience
